Uwahhhh. I want tacossss.
Anyway.
I meant to do it yesterday, but, more or less to prove that I actually have the ability to ask people (Tyler) out, I decided to find him and... well, do that. Before the first exam today I went to his third period (which is in the same hallway as mine) and called him out and asked him on the spot. First I asked to borrow his brain for my math class, then I said something like, "Just to prove that I can say it, will you go out with me?"
"No," was his more or less automatic response followed by. "Is this a joke?"
"No, I'm serious. I just want to prove I can actually say it."
I don't remember what else after that, but he was tired, and stuff... I was standing there facing him for no real reason, then Kyle walked past us stopping for an instant and sticking his head between me and Tyler, looking half mocking, half interested. Then I pointed out his pink calculator then went to class. I think I'm handling the rejection better than I thought I would, lol. Kind of sad, but of well, we're still friends.
...I think.
Asking that probably will probably make things awkward for a little while.
But knowing Tyler he'll forget it ever happened in a few days. I don't think it was a big deal to him.
Today, examwise, was the worst day, I didn't study for either exam, so I hope I did okay.
Additionally, played Mario Kart in fourth period... It was fun, even though I really suck. D: |
